The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code No. 95/2021 and Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 to resolve body of local public authority of municipium Edinets import to the country and release in free circulation (import) with exemption of import payments and without the right of alienation of the vehicle of the Dacia brand of the Logan model with identification number UU14SDAG 450861197, of 2014 of the release classified by goods item 8703 22 900, of the municipium provided on a grant basis (donation) by primeriya Alba Iulia, Romania.
Art. 2. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
