"Budget subprogrammes have classification code from 001 to 999. At the same time, the budget subprogrammes of the same name assigned to several administrators are classified by codes from 001 on 099.";

"The group of economic classification of expenses of the budget consists from:
categories which group expenses in economic signs. The classification code of category consists of 1 sign;
classes which group expenses in main types of the operations performed by public institutions. The classification code of class consists of 1 sign;
subclasses which group expenses in main types of the operations performed by public institutions in more detail. The classification code of subclass consists of 3 signs.
Specifics determine transaction type, carried out by public institution for implementation of the budget program.";
