For the purpose of regulation of questions of implementation of purchases by State Customs Infrastructure open joint stock company, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:
in the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the subitem 16 of Item 57 in the following edition:
"16) acquisitions at the supplier determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, goods, works and services for development of customs infrastructure;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
