Scientists, honored workers of culture, art, sport, members of the creative unions or experienced specialists, including the staff of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and territorial subdivisions of Department of Internal Affairs having experience of practical work on profile at least 3 years are also involved in lecturing and carrying out other types of studies.
Attraction of the specified categories of persons to training is performed according to the schedule approved by management of higher education institution.";
