to state part one of Item 1 in the following edition:

Macroprudential standard rates and limits, their normative values and technique of calculations (further - Standard rates) are developed according to subitem 1-1) of part four of article 51-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 73 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law on banks) and set macroprudential standard rates and limits, their normative values and technique of calculations for banks, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
