1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 22, 2024 No. 72 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the list of the priority types of activity performed in the territory of special economic zones and the List of priority types of activity by special economic zones" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 34030) the following change:
in the List of priority types of activity by special economic zones approved by the specified order:
state Item 2 in following editions:
"2. Special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark":
1) production of products of the chemical industry;
2) production of petrochemical products;
3) construction and commissioning of the objects intended directly for implementation of priority types of activity within the design estimates;
4) production of other textile products;
5) production of plastic products;
6) production of acyclic and cyclic hydrocarbons from hydrocarbonic raw material;
7) production of products of oil processing;
8) activities of pipeline transport;
9) operation of the bulk and other distribution lines, including conduits.".
2. To provide to development department of industrial infrastructure and intra country value of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
