1. Bring in the Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 13, 2011 No. 461 "Question of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 1359; 2015, No. 78, Art. 2599; 2021, No. 30, Art. 1740, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 42, the Art. 2281), and the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of the construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 4, Art. 192, No. 37, Art. 1982, No. 70, Art. 4233; 2023, No. 70, Art. 4065, No. 83, Art. 4761; 2024, No. 6, the Art. 273, No. 16, the Art. 1028, No. 54, the Art. 3189, No. 101, the Art. 6454), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that till April 1, 2026 bodies of the state architectural construction supervision perform forming and introduction the check sheet by results of exit survey of construction object, and also photo - and video fixing during such survey by means of Single state electronic system in the field of construction, in particular the Transparent Construction mobile application in the presence of opportunity.
3. To provide to bodies of the state architectural construction supervision till April 1, 2026 possibility of forming and introduction the check sheet by results of exit survey of construction object, and also photo - and video fixing during such survey with means of Single state electronic system in the field of construction, in particular the Transparent Construction mobile application.
