In recent years in our country large-scale reforms in the field of development of the transport sphere, ensuring high level of safety of transportations, enhancement of management system in the transport sector are undertaken.
Increase in responsibility of carriers in case of observance of the requirements and conditions shown to transportations, anti-corruption by hearing of cases about administrative offenses, increase in efficiency of control in the transport sphere cause need of review of the legislation on the administrative responsibility.
At the same time, for the purpose of cardinal enhancement of system of public administration in the transport sphere in connection with creation of Inspectorate for supervision in the field of transport under the Ministry of transport there was need of entering of corresponding changes and amendments into the legislation in the field of transport.
This Law will serve enhancement of system of the organization of transport servicing and by increase in efficiency and quality of transportations to safety of freight and passenger traffic.
