In our country consecutive reforms on reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities are performed.
At the same time there is need of legal regulation of some regulations interfering ensuring single law-enforcement practice, creating corruption risks and leading to excessive red tape for entrepreneurs.
This Law makes the changes and additions directed to elimination of discrepancies, contradictions and discrepancies in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law serves ensuring uniformity of law-enforcement practice, effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities.
Article 1. Part the ninth article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 15, 1999 No. 770-I "About the wood" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 16, 2018 No. ZRU-475) (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 4, Art. 423; 2019, No. 8, Art. 470; 2020, No. 9, Art. of the Art. 539, 540; 2021, appendix to No. 4; 2022, No. 6, Art. 570; 2025, 2, 188) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"Bodies of the state forestry can provide the leases which are not used the earth of forest fund to physical persons and legal entities on the basis of the right through electronic online auction. Not used the earth of forest fund also no more than forty nine years can be provided in lease to physical persons and legal entities on the basis of the investment agreement or public-private partnership for the term of at least three years".
