About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning State Final Examination and introductory campaign of 2026
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004 with the following changes):
Paragraph one of subitem 23 to state 1) in the following edition:
"23) in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 acceptance on training for receipt of the higher education is performed according to procedure for acceptance on training for receipt of the higher education determined by the central executive body in the field of science and education without observance of requirements of this Law";
To replace 2) in subitems 24 and 26 of figure "2025" with figures "2026";
The word and figures "in 2025" to replace 3) in subitem 25 with the word and figures "in 2026", and figures "2022-2025" - figures "2023-2026".
2. "About professional prehigher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 30, of Art. 119 with the following changes) to state the subitem 21 of Item 2 of the Section XIV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:
"21) in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 acceptance on training for receipt of professional prehigher education is performed according to Procedure for acceptance on training in organizations of the professional prehigher education determined by the central executive body in the field of science and education without observance of requirements of this Law".
3. "About complete general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, of Art. 226 with the following changes) after figures "2024/2025" to add the subitem 14 of Item 3 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with figures "2025/2026".
