1. Create public institution "The state directorate on construction of Barskoon Highway - Bedel" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the State directorate).

2. Approve Regulations on public institution "The state directorate on construction of Barskoon Highway - Bedel" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.

3. Determine that funds for content of the State directorate are provided at the expense of the standard rate of costs in the amount up to percent 2,9 from the volume of investment into fixed capital (capital investments) for construction of Barskoon Highway - Bedel.

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in accordance with the established procedure to provide state registration of the State directorate in judicial authorities;

- determine the extreme number of staff in number of 13 established posts and approve maintenance costs of the State directorate;

- take the organizational, material and other measures following from this resolution;

- in three-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
