1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 206 "About the admission of goods of foreign origin and the suppliers offering such goods to participation in procedures of public procurements" after the paragraph of the fifth to add Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2016 with the paragraph of the following content:
"the appraisal certificate about compliance to the made industrial output to requirements imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry or its unitary enterprises or its copy;";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2019 No. 395 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About public procurements of goods (works, services)":
in Item 1:
the fourth subitem 1.7 before the word "such" to add part with words ", the procurement procedure from one source which is carried out on electronic trading platform";
in subitem 1.9:
to add paragraph two after the words "for acquisition" with the words "till December 31, 2027.";
in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words the words "in 2024-2025" "till December 31, 2027";
