About introduction of amendments to the Law on legal profession No. 1260/2002

- partially shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council of the European Union 98/5/EU of February 16, 1998 about simplification of implementation of lawyer activities on permanent basis in other EU member state other than the state in which qualification was received, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 77 of March 14, 1998, CELEX: 31998L0005, with the last changes made by the Directive of Council 2013/25/EU of May 13, 2013;
- shifts the Directive of Council 77/249/EEC of March 22, 1977 about assistance to effective implementation of free provision of services by lawyers, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 78 of March 26, 1977, CELEX: 31977L0249, with the last changes made by the Directive of Council 2013/25/EU of May 13, 2013.
Art. I. - In the Law on legal profession No. 1260/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 159, of the Art. 582), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add the law with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law:
- partially shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council of the European Union 98/5/EU of February 16, 1998 about simplification of implementation of lawyer activities on permanent basis in other EU member state other than the state in which qualification was received, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 77 of March 14, 1998, CELEX: 31998L0005, with the last changes made by the Directive of Council 2013/25/EU of May 13, 2013;

2. To state the name of Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Lawyer activities".
3. Add the law with Article 1-1 of the following content:
