About introduction of amendments to article 80 of the Law on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and the plants, and also precursors containing them, new psychoactive agents and substitutes of drugs No. 201/2025

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part (1) article 80 of the Law on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and plants, and also precursors containing them, new psychoactive agents and substitutes of drugs No. 201/2025 (2025, Art. No. 448-451, 619) words of "six months" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "12 months".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
