I. - In part (1) article 80 of the Law on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and plants, and also precursors containing them, new psychoactive agents and substitutes of drugs No. 201/2025 (2025, Art. No. 448-451, 619) words of "six months" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "12 months".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
