This law shifts Article 1 and 2, parts (1), (2) and (3) Articles 4, of part (1), (2) and (3) articles 4a, article 5, part (1) articles 5a, parts (1) - (5) and (7) articles 5b, parts (1), (2) and (4) Articles 6, Items (a) - (e) and (i) - (k) of part (1) Articles 7, Articles 8, 16, 16a, part (1) articles 16b of Regulations of Council (EC) No. 1217/2009 of November 30, 2009 about creation of Network of data on stability of the agricultural industry published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 328/27 of December 15, 2009, CELEX: 32009R1217, taking into account the last changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EC) No. 2023/2674 of November 22, 2023.
Art. I. - In article 32-3 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in part (12) word of "Bureau". shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.";
add Article with part (12-1) following contents:
"(12-1) Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in five-day time from the date of receipt of request transfer from the treasurer account into the treasurer account of Bureau compulsory contributions and assignments from the government budget.".
Art. II. - Part (4) article 5 of the Law on protection of plant varieties No. 39/2008 (2008, 364), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 99-101, in the following edition:
"(4) the Government allocates administrative authorities or public organizations with powers on representation of the Republic of Moldova in International union on protection of new plant varieties (further - UPOV), and also in other international and intergovernmental organizations in the field of protection of plant varieties.".
