About modification of some orders of the Government (enhancement of the regulatory base in the field of the inventory of real estate)

Based on part (5) Article 35 and part (2) article 55 of the Law No. 1543/1998 on the inventory of real estate (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1518/2003 about creation of the Automated information system "State Register of Administrative and Territorial Units and Addresses" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 1-5, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. in Item 1:

1.1.1.1. third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The actions plan and financial resources for creation of the Automated information system "State Register of Administrative and Territorial Units and Addresses", creation of materials and primary registration of objects of accounting of the register, according to appendix No. 3;";

1.1.1.2. add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Regulations on assignment, change of the name of transport arteries and/or zones of social movement and numberings of objects of addressing, according to appendix No. 4.";

1.1.2. add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"till November 30, 2028, together with bodies of local public authority to provide completion of works on creation and registration of objects of accounting of the State register of administrative and territorial units and addresses.";

1.2. in all text of appendices to the resolution of the word "Agency of the State Services" in any grammatical form to replace with the text "Public institution "The inventory of real estate"" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.3. in appendix No. 2:

1.3.1. in item 4 to state the prolog in the following edition:

"4. Objects of accounting in the register are:"
