About modification of the Order of the Government No. 838/2018 about approval of Methodology of the state control of business activity on the basis of risk analysis in spheres of competence of Body of civil aviation

Based on part (2) article 16 of the Law No. 131/2012 on the state control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 181-184, 595), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 838/2018 about approval of Methodology of the state control of business activity on the basis of risk analysis in spheres of competence of Body of civil aviation (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 347-357, 923), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the resolution:

1.1.1. in the name and in Item 1 of the word of "business activity" to exclude;

1.1.2. in acceptance formula to replace the text of "The law No. 131/2012 on the state control of business activity" with the text of "The law No. 131/2012 on the state control";

1.1.3. in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development";

1.2. State methodology in the following edition:
