For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of carrying out currency swap transactions and expansion of opportunities of use of means, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out transactions on exchange of currency assets" of June 19, 2023 No. 305 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out transactions on exchange of currency assets approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 23 in the following edition:
"23. The participant shall allocate the funds received from carrying out currency swap transaction for financing of projects of potential borrowers or for investment into the authorized capital of legal entities, including by contributing to the authorized capital or acquisitions of shares (shares), with the subsequent provision to authorized body of general information about the financed projects.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
