1. To commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- strengthen control of transactions with cash foreign currency (with Russian rubles) regarding compliance with law on counteraction of financing of criminal activities and legalization (washing) of the criminal income;

- on daily basis, no later than 11:00 o'clock in the afternoon, following reporting to provide in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic information on the transactions of clients of banks with cash Russian rubles exceeding 5, 0 million rubles during the operational day in form according to appendix to this resolution it (is applied).

2. The board of commercial bank bears responsibility for ensuring execution of requirements of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and is effective till March 1, 2027.

4. To legal management:

- from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
