The state agency of civil aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the State agency) is the authorized state body of the executive authority creating and realizing state policy, regulation and supervision in the field of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of safety of flights and aviation safety, performing coordination, control and strategic development in the field of civil aviation and also management in the field of air transport within the powers provided by the air legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
