About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Instructions for use electrical energy" of August 22, 2012 No. 576
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal base in the field of power industry taking into account need of integration of the new technological and legal approaches connected with development of renewable energy resources and microgeneration according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Instructions for use electrical energy" of August 22, 2012 No. 576 the following changes:
in the Instructions for use electrical energy approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 1:
paragraphs the twenty ninth, thirtieth to state in the following edition:
"The supplier (seller) of electrical energy - the physical person or legal entity performing delivery (sale) to the electrosupplying organizations of the developed and (or) purchased electrical energy (including subscribers - subjects of microgeneration and subjects of RES), to consumers resellers and wholesale buyers sellers on regulated rate and having the license for the corresponding type of activity, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- to state the paragraph of the thirty seventh in the following edition:
"The settlement period is the period of time determined by the contract for electric utility service and/or the contract (agreement) for electrical supply for which the consumed and/or delivered electrical energy and capacity and (or) service in transfer of electrical energy for payment shall be considered.";
the forty fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
