1. Approve the Instruction about accounting treatment for children of school and preschool age according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of system of primary professional education" of May 8, 2024 No. 220 the following changes:
in the Standard charter of the educational organization of primary professional education approved by the above-stated resolution:
state Item 44 in the following edition:
"44. The director of the educational organization of primary professional education bears complete responsibility for quality of training, retrainings of pupils of all categories, observance of the rights and freedoms of pupils and workers during educational process, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about education, safety and replenishment of material and technical resources, target expenditure of public funds, creation of optimal conditions for activities of engineering and pedagogical collective, ensuring advanced training of engineering and pedagogical workers at least once in 5 years.";
