About measures for further reforming of legal education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine the main objectives reached in development of legal education and science:
(a) implementation of the principle of skills training, and also the clinical and dual education aimed at providing close connection of processes of legal education with practice;
(b) establishing integration of education - research - practicians in system of legal education, further expansion of akademiko-joint approaches in management;
(c) strengthening of control of efficiency and quality of legal education;
(d) ensuring occurrence of the Tashkent state legal university (further - University) till 2030 in top-1 000 universities in the field of the right in the prestigious rating of Quacquarelli Symonds.
2. Since 2026/2027 academic years to implement at University according to the procedure of experiment training system on the basis of the principle of skills training, and also clinical and dual education. At the same time:
(a) for students of the second, third and fourth rates of 50 percent of legal educational programs (theoretical part) 50 percent (practical part) - in the courts, law enforcement agencies and other organizations relating to the legal sphere are carried out in audiences;
(b) when training in theoretical parts of educational programs on the basis of practical examples (problem-based learning) the attention is paid to forming at the student of such "soft" skills (soft skills) as the analysis and conclusions on problem situations, and also theoretical knowledge;
