1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the size of the average monthly salary for calculation of the income tax and insurance premiums on the national social insurance" of August 23, 2024 No. 497 the following changes:
according to the procedure of determination of the size of the average monthly salary for calculation of the income tax and insurance premiums on the national social insurance, approved by the above-stated resolution:
"Item 2 of Article 5, to Article 5-1, Items 2, 3 Articles 7" to exclude 1) in the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the word;
To add 2) with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. The National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic represents to authorized tax authority from the annual database of the statistical reporting under work and the salary of the data on the sizes of the average monthly salary on the republic for the previous calendar year for limiting determination of size of the assessed insurance premiums according to article 13 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance".".
