Establish till December 31, 2027 rate of the value added tax in the amount of 0 (zero) percent on leviable deliveries of the forages for agricultural fish classified by goods items of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 2309 90 1000, 2309 90 3100, 2309 90 9609, performed by the producer of forages to the agricultural producer performing activities for cultivation of agricultural fish.";

2) in the Inventory, liable to the value added tax at the rate zero (0) percent on leviable deliveries and leviable import, approved by the above-stated resolution:

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
