1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 113 the following change:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 13 with the subitem 28 of the following content:
"28) bears responsibility for actions (failure to act) of subordinate employees by means of creation of internal system of the prevention of corruption, ensuring regular control of compliance with laws, condition of office discipline.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
