in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state subitems 3 and 4 of Item 187 in the following edition:
"3) the copy of the document confirming availability at the applicant and (or) the worker of the higher education in the field of veterinary science - when implementing wholesale, and when implementing retail sale - the higher and (or) secondary professional education in the field of veterinary science;
4) copies of the documents confirming availability of the qualified specialists providing high-quality and safe implementation of the licensed type of activity (the diploma about education, the service record, the employment contract, and also in the presence the certification certificate of the specialist, certificates and certificates on advanced training received over the last 5 years);";
- to state the subitem 1 of Item 188 in the following edition:
"1) availability at the worker and (or) the applicant of the higher or secondary professional education in the field of veterinary science and work experience in at least 1 year;".
