1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following changes:
in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 4 of Item 330 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of representation (recommendation) by the head of authorized state body about forecasting and budget implementation of the candidate for position of the head of executive body of the managing societies with the state share availability of the certificate of competency provided by this subitem is not required.";
- to add the subitem 4 of Item 337 with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of representation (recommendation) by the head of authorized state body about forecasting and budget implementation of the candidate for position of the head of executive body of the managing societies with the state share availability of the certificate of competency provided by this subitem is not required.";
