About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2018 No. 263 "About approval of Rules of carrying out audit of information systems"

1. "1. These rules of carrying out audit of information systems (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 22) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out audit of information systems.";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. When carrying out audit of information systems of the state legal entities the choice of the auditor is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements".";
add with Item 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1. When carrying out audit of systems of artificial intelligence in addition are subject to assessment:
1) quality and legitimacy of use of libraries of the data applied to training of models of artificial intelligence;
2) availability of the prohibited functionality of systems of artificial intelligence according to Item 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About artificial intelligence".";
