About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 6 of Article 198 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the code) in the following edition:
"6. The decision on collection of the alimony, compensation of damage in case of loss of the supporter, and also about adoption takes legal effect from the moment of publication;".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 262 of the code:
1) in Items 3 and 11 of the word "the consent of the child who reached 10-year age" shall be replaced with words "the consent of the child informed on adoption according to age and level of maturity";
2) to exclude words from Item 3 ". The consent of the child to adoption is confirmed by guardianship and custody bodies";
Items 5 and 6 after the word "reference" to add 3) with the word "(copy)";
4) to state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8) copies of the documents confirming legal causes for adoption: written refusal of parents of the parent rights of the child who is subject to adoption or the written consent of the parent to transfer of the child to adoption, the certificate(s) on the death of the parent(s), the judgment about deprivation of the parent(s) of the parent rights recognizing them incapacitated, missing persons or the dead in case of adoption of the child - the data confirming this fact. In need of check of authenticity of copies the court can make the corresponding investigations or establish their authenticity the different ways provided by the law.";
Item 10 to declare 5) invalid;
6) in Item 12 of the word "or stateless persons" shall be replaced with words "the persons without citizenship or citizens of the Republic of Armenia living outside the Republic of Armenia".
