About entering of amendments into the Family code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 107 of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004:
Part 1 after the words "marital status" to add 1) with the words "and conciliation came to the end without consent on the dispute resolution with peaceful manner";
To add 2) with part 3 following of content:
"3. If the parties signed as a result of mediation the agreement on dispute settlement in which they determined other sum, procedure or payment method of the alimony, than the amount determined by court, then the amount, procedure or payment method of the alimony established in the agreement on dispute settlement are subject to execution if they were approved by court or the notary.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
