About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 24, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" to add part 2 of article 46 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with Items 2 and 3 of the following content:
"2) Chapter of community promotes development of activities of educational complexes as public centers;
3) Chapter of community supports work on identification of the children who were left without compulsory education and put risk to be excluded from compulsory education, and also on involvement of the child sent to the guardianship and custody body operating in municipality in the general education in cooperation with responsible persons of educational institution, community and the interested bodies.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
