About entering of amendments into the law "About Bankruptcy"

Article 1. In Article 13, part 3.1 Laws of December 25, 2006 No. ZR-51 "About bankruptcy" (further - the Law) before the word "Court" to add new offers of the following content: "The decision on adoption of the statement for bankruptcy to consideration goes to the State real estate register in electronic form. Requirements to electronic documents and procedure for their giving are established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add Item 1 of part 1 of article 15.4 of the law after the words "forcibly" with words". The court sends decisions on allowance of the application on risk of bankruptcy of the debtor and on appointment of the managing director to the State real estate register in electronic form, according to the procedure, established by the Government;".
Article 3. Parts 1 of article 19 of the law after the words "using" to add the Item "in" with words ". The court sends the notification provided by this Item to the state real estate register by electronic method according to the procedure, established by the Government;".
Article 4. To add article 39.2 of the law with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. The court directs the judgment about permission of realization of subject of the secure right to the state real estate register in electronic form according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
Article 5. To add article 90 of the law with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. In the cases provided by part of 1 Article 67, the part Item "and" 4 Articles 69, and also articles 74 and 89 of this Law upon completion of case on bankruptcy the court sends the decision to the State real estate register in electronic form according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
