About entering of amendments into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 135 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 (further - the code) to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. In case of arrest of real estate or property rights on real estate, or the mortgage right to such rights, court sends to the State real estate register in electronic form the final procedural act made in this production and which came into legal force, and also the decision on the release from the seizure of property specified in Part 2 of this Article, according to the procedure, established by this Code if it was not appealed in Appeal Court or Court of cassation according to the procedure, established by this Code, and in case of appeal - if the decision of Appeal Court or Court of cassation according to the procedure, established by this Code, came into legal force. If arrest remains before execution of the court ruling, the court sends to the State real estate register the final procedural act made in this production and which came into legal force after execution of the court ruling. If the decision on release of real estate from arrest was entered in minutes of judicial session, the court directs the corresponding minutes abstract of court" Record in the State real estate register is performed in electronic form. Requirements to electronic documents and procedure for their giving are established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add article 160 of the Code with part 7.1 following of content:
"7.1. In the cases provided by part 7 of this Article, the court sends the decision passed concerning real estate or property rights on real estate or the rights of pledge to these rights, to the state real estate register in electronic form according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
Article 3. To add article 297 of the Code with part 3 following of content:
