About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 83 of administrative legal proceedings of the code of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the code) with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The administrative court directs to the State real estate register in electronic form of the decision on suspension, fully or partially, execution of the administrative act issued by the State real estate register and also about change or cancellation of this decision. Requirements to electronic documents and procedure for their giving are established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add article 92 of the code with part 2 following of content:
"2. In case of the direction of the decision on application of measures of providing the claim concerning real estate or in connection with it in the state real estate register the court sends it to the state real estate register by electronic method according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
Article 3. To add article 93 of the Code with part 7 of the following content:
