About modification and amendments in some orders
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2012 No. 31 "About approval of Rules of making of notarial actions by notaries" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7447) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of making of the notarial actions by notaries approved by the specified order:
add Item 184 with paragraphs two and three following of content:
"Making of notarial actions with transfers of newspaper editions, books, Articles, monographs, laws and bylaws of the Republic of Kazakhstan is made with observance of copyright and according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

6) of Item 226 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"6) designation of the amount of the sizes of rates for making of notarial actions by the private notary paid by the claimant the postage expenses incurred by the claimant when making executive text;";
state Item 233 in the following edition:
"233. Payment for making of executive text by the private notary is levied according to Item 2 of article 30 of the Law and the sizes of rates for making of notarial actions and other services, and also for issue of copies (duplicates) of notarially certified documents and implementation of consultation by private notaries approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2025 No. 533 (No. 36957) is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In case of the request for making of executive text of the claimant exempted from payment for making of notarial actions and other services of the private notary, obligation on their payment it is assigned to the debtor.
In case of cancellation of executive text the amount paid to the notary for its making, is not subject to return.".
