Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 312; 2002, No. 4, Art. 1, Art. 266; 2006, No. 4, Art. 192; 2007, No. 7, Art. 661; 2013, No. 7, Art. 516; 2019, No. 6, Art. 319; Art. of 2021, No. 4, Art. 198; 2025,№6-10, Art. 633) following changes:
1. The paragraph one of part one of Article 6 to state in the following edition:
"-according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan grants the license for activities for legal turnover of precursors of drugs, psychotropic substances, and also the certificate for import and export of precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances;".
2. The fourth Article 7 to state part in the following edition:
"Also regulations of articles 13-16, of article 19 and articles 21-34 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia are applied to the staff of the Agency".
3. In Article 10:
- the second to state part in the following edition:
"Import and export of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan are performed based on documents of allowing nature according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.";
- in word part three "licenses and permissions" shall be replaced with words "documents of allowing nature".
