About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About personal subsidiary farm"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About personal subsidiary farm" of July 19, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 7, Art. 433; 2025, No. 2, Art. 117) following changes and amendments:
1. To add the Law preamble after the word of "farms" with words ", and it is aimed at providing protection of the rights and interests of citizens".
2. Regarding 3rd Article 5:
- 2) after the word "sanitary" to add Item with words ", phytosanitary, quarantine";
- in Item 3) shall be replaced with words the word of "provisions" "situations, acceptance of antiepizootic measures";
- add with Item 4) of the following content:
"4) provision of soft credits and grants according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;";
- 4) to consider Item Item 5).
3. In Item 3) of Article 7 of the word "farm animals" shall be replaced with words "highly productive breeds of farm animals".
4. 5) articles 10 after the word of "resources" to add Item with words ", not to allow destruction of fertile layer of earth, origin and spread of quarantine diseases".
5. Regarding 3rd Article 11 of the word "and transportation" shall be replaced with words ", transportation and realization".
6. Regarding 3rd Article 13 to replace the word "containing" with the word "containing" and after the word "for" to add with words "maintaining the statistical reporting,".
7. In the name of Article 16 of the word "when maintaining personal subsidiary farm" shall be replaced with words "in personal subsidiary farm".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
