Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About production wastes and consumption" of May 10, 2002 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 287; 2005, No. 7, Art. 409; 2011, No. 6, Art. 447) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- paragraph two after the word "waste" to add with words "productions and";
- to exclude the paragraph of the seventh;
