Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About procurement of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" of February 28, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 34; 2005, No. 12, Art. 652) following changes:
1. In preamble of the Law of the word "legal and physical" and "in the field of scrap metal procurement" shall be replaced with words "physical and legal" and "in this sphere".
2. In Article 2:
- in paragraphs nine, the twelfth and thirteenth words "legal and physical", "legal and physical" and "legal and physical" respectively shall be replaced with words "physical and legal", "physical and legal" and "physical and legal";
