About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About turnover of explosive materials of civil appointment"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About turnover of explosive materials of civil appointment" of February 28, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 33; 2005, No. 12, Art. 649) following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 3 of the word Republic of Tajikistan shall be replaced with words Tajikistan.
2. In the name and preamble of Article 4 to replace the word "Powers" with the word "Competence".
3. In Article 5:
- in the name after the word of "representative" to add with the word of "state";
- state preamble in the following edition:
"The authorized state body in the field of turnover of explosive materials (further - authorized body) has the following powers:".
4. State Article 8 in the following edition:
"Article 8. Permission to activities in the field of turnover of explosive materials
Permission to activities in the field of turnover of explosive materials is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system".".
5. In part two of Article 11 of the word "the state bodies authorized" shall be replaced with words "authorized state bodies".
6. In the text of Article 25 of the word", arising in connection with application of this Law," shall be replaced with words "in the field of turnover of explosive materials".
7. In the name and the text of Article 26 of the word "violation" and "violation of provisions" shall be replaced with words "non-compliance with requirements" and "non-compliance with requirements".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
