About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public procurements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public procurements" of March 15, 2023 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2023, No. 1-3, of Art. 7; 2025, No. 2, the Art. 118, No. 5, the Art. 515) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add with article 4-1 of the following content:

"Article 4-1. Financing in case of public procurements

Any financing between physical persons and legal entities on agreement performance of purchase and other, related agreements, in case of public procurements is performed in non-cash form.".

2. Regarding 1 Article 24:

- add with Item 3) of the following content:

"3) the audited financial statement of the participant recognized as the subject of public interest according to the regulations established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan is placed in depositary of the financial reporting;";

- Items 3), 4), 5) and 6) respectively to consider by Items 4), 5), 6) and 7).

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
