About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ensuring unity of measurements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ensuring unity of measurements" of June 22, 2023 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2023, No. 4-6, of Art. 163; 2025, No. 1, Art. 15) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- 10) and 16) to state Items in the following edition:

"10) departmental metrological control - activities which are performed by metrological services of state bodies and metrological services of legal entities for the purpose of confirmation of suitability of measuring instruments to the established technical requirements;

16) the state checking of measuring instruments - complex of the transactions which are carried out by authorized state body for the purpose of determination and confirmation of conformity of measuring instruments to the established technical requirements to the measuring instruments which are under the state metrological supervision;";

- add with Item 17) of the following content:

"17) departmental checking of measuring instruments - complex of the transactions which are carried out by metrological services of state bodies and metrological services of legal entities for the purpose of determination of compliance of measuring instruments to the established technical requirements to the measuring instruments which are not falling under the state metrological supervision;".

- Items 17), 18), 19), 20), 21), 22), 23) and 24) respectively to consider by Items 18), 19), 20), 21), 22), 23), 24) and 25).
