About modification and amendments in the Water code of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Water code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2020 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2020, Art. No. 4-5, 233), the following changes and amendments:

1. Part 4 of article 10 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".

2. Part 6 of article 33 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".

3. In Article 45:

4. To add the paragraph of the sixth article 56 after the word "waters" with the words "in non-cash form".

5. Add Article 93 with part 3 following of content:

"3. The amount is paid for compensation of the damage caused to water objects in non-cash form.".
