Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About amnesty in connection with legalization of assets and money of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 2, 2021 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2021, No. 7-10, of Art. 534; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 20, 2022, No. 1888; 2023, No. 4-6, of Art. 151; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 28, No. 12, Art. 744) following changes:
1. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Term of legalization of assets and money
1. The term of legalization of assets covers fifty four months, since day of enforcement of this Law and comes to the end on January 5, 2026.
2. The term of legalization of money covers sixty six months and begins from the date of enforcement of this Law.".
2. In parts 1 and 2 of Article 7 of the word of "enforcement of this Law" shall be replaced with words "legalization implementation".
Article 2. Enact this Law since January 5, 2026.
