1. The regulations on federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1080 "About federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions" (Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, Art. 5510), to add with Items 17 (1) - 17(3) following contents:

17(2). Survey, poll and examination during exit check can be performed with use of means of remote interaction, including by means of video conferencing, and also with use of the Inspector mobile application.
Photographing or video when implementing survey during exit check is performed with use of the Inspector mobile application.
17(3). In case of need applications on hydraulic engineering constructions of the equipment in explosion-proof execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the Inspector mobile application when implementing exit checks is not used.".
