Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of marking of nonalcoholic beer means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 27, 2024 No. 678 "About approval of Rules of marking of nonalcoholic beer means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning nonalcoholic beer" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, the Art. 3162).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to Rules of marking of nonalcoholic beer by means of identification

1. State Item 81 in the following edition:

"81. Since March 1, 2026 concerning nonalcoholic beer in kega and in consumer packaging, made since March 1, 2026, within the transactions providing transition of the property right to nonalcoholic beer and also within commission agreements, and (or) agency agreements, and (or) works agreements, and (or) agreements of the order participants of turnover of nonalcoholic beer create the notification in format of the universal transfer document signed by the strengthened digital signature both participants of turnover of nonalcoholic beer. Such notification in time of no more than 3 working days from the date of goods acceptance goes to information system of monitoring by the operator of electronic document management.".
