Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of organization of events according to the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for of internal sea waters of the Russian Federation and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2451 "About approval of Rules of organization of events according to the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, and also about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, Art. 583; 2023, No. 51, Art. 9377).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
