About creation of the state companies in the field of water economy
For the purpose of ensuring development of system of water economy, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create:
1) the state company "Irrigatsiyalyk Kurulush" under Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the state company "Suu Kurulush" under Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 7, 2024 No. 98 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies" of September 11, 2019 No. 468 the following change:
to add appendix 1 to the Regulations on the state companies approved by the above-stated resolution with Items 35, 36 following contents:
"35. The state company "Irrigatsiyalyk Kurulush" under Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
