Suspend till April 1, 2026 Items 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of Item part four 9, of Items 14, of 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, of 19, of 20 and 21 Rules of the organization of subsidized workplaces and subsidizing of the salary of persons employed on the subsidized workplaces (further - Rules) approved by the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 275 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32959).
2. Determine that for suspension:
Item 5 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"5. Subsidized workplaces will be organized by career centers according to requests of employers, the operating more than one year.";
the part four of Item 9 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"Social jobs will be organized at employers of all patterns of ownership.";
Item 14 of Rules is effective in the following edition:
"14. Collection of requests from employers for the organization of subsidized workplaces is performed on Electronic employment exchange.
Order taking from employers for the organization of subsidized workplaces the forthcoming financial year is performed annually from December 29 to January 16.
Order taking from employers for the organization of subsidized workplaces the current financial year is performed from March 1 to September 30.
